Who we are
Renovel Build Ltd is a building company registered in England and Wales (company no. 07613348), at Unit 4, Feeder Road, St Philips, Bristol BS2 0TJ. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Questions go to hello@renovelbuild.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in our survey form, email or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about your house and project. If you become a client, we also keep your address, contract, invoices, and photos of the work. Our website uses Framer’s privacy-friendly analytics, which don’t use cookies or identify you.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange a survey, write your quote, run your project and send invoices. We don’t send marketing emails, and we don’t sell or share your details, except with the subcontractors, Building Control body or warranty provider working on your project, and only what they need.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes, and project records for 12 years because of the structural warranty.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email hello@renovelbuild.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
