One site manager
Marek or Dan runs your job from the first day to the snagging visit, and you have their direct number.
03
A written update every Friday
What happened this week, what happens next week, and any decisions we need from you, with photos.
04
Building Control and certificates
Sign-off for structural work, plus the electrical, gas and building regulations certificates at handover.
05
A clean site
Dust screens, floor protection, and a vacuum at the end of every working day.
06
A snagging visit at three months
We come back three months after handover to fix anything that has appeared since, such as hairline cracks in new plaster.
